   <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"yb-terms-card\">\r\n      <h2>Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer,\r\n        but an invitation to place an order.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        By submitting an order, the customer places a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.\r\n        The The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the fourteen-day period expires.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Custom-made products or products clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer may be excluded from\r\n        the statutory right of withdrawal.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"yb-terms-card\">\r\n      <h2>Transport Damage & Incomplete Deliveries<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Visible transport damage or incomplete deliveries should be reported to us as soon as possible after receipt\r\n        of the goods via email or telephone.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Early notification helps us process transport claims and replacement solutions quickly.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"yb-terms-card\">\r\n      <h2>Garantie<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Yachtbeach stands for high-quality inflatable platforms, docks and luxury water products.\r\n        In the event of a manufacturing defect, warranty claims are processed after submission of the original invoice\r\n        and clear documentation of the issue.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p><strong>Excluded from warranty are:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\r\n        <li>Damage caused by improper handling, maintenance or storage<\/li>\r\n        <li>Damage caused by sharp objects or external influence<\/li>\r\n        <li>Damage caused by exceeding the recommended number of users or load limits<\/li>\r\n        <li>Unauthorized modifications or improper installation<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n      <div class=\"yb-terms-note\">\r\n        <p>\r\n          Private use: 2 years warranty for Yachtbeach products.<br>\r\n          Custom-made Yachtbeach products: 1 year warranty.<br>\r\n          Commercial use: 12 months warranty. EVA Premium Teak may be subject to separate warranty terms.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"yb-terms-grid\">\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"yb-terms-card\">\r\n        <h2>Prices & Shipping<\/h2>\r\n        <p>\r\n          Product prices are shown including statutory VAT where applicable.
