Here you can submit a complaint. This only applies to goods purchased directly from Yachtbeach. Products that were not purchased directly from us, i.e. purchased through a dealer or partner, must also be complained to this contractual partner! Please observe the guarantee and warranty conditions and the deadlines when making a complaint.

Garantie
Despite the high quality standards of our products, occasionally a product may have a manufacturing defect.
In order to simplify the claim process for you and thus raise the level of service, from now on you will have to submit your claim via our service tool. This tool offers you both ease of use when filling out the claim and better traceability.
Once a warranty claim is submitted with original invoice and pictures, our staff will immediately take care of your problem and a solution.
If you did not purchase the product directly from us, contact your contractor. For more information about the warranty, please contact your respective contractual partner!
WARRANTY FOR PRIVATE USE:
2 years for Yachtbeach and Jetxtender products
1 year for custom Yachtbeach products
The date of purchase must be proven with the customer’s original invoice. The guarantee expires if the customer changes the delivered goods or improperly assembles them.
Out of guarantee:
- normal wear and tear
• Handles, zippers, straps, d-rings, anchor rings
• other connecting parts
• damage due to improper handling, maintenance or storage
• damage from sharp objects
• damage caused by exceeding the recommended number of users
• damage caused by external violence
• cracks in the material due to overinflation (identified by material tests in the course of the complaint process)
WARRANTY FOR PROFESSIONAL / COMMERCIAL USE:
12 months*
* EVA Premium Teak is excluded from the warranty. A 3-month guarantee applies for commercial use.
Improper storage violates the guarantee. The products should not be stored in direct sunlight when not in use. Furthermore, all products must be washed with fresh water after each use in sea water to prevent premature material wear.
We reserve the right that small holes and d-rings have to be glued by the user himself during commercial use. If required, we provide the glue free of charge.
