Submit a complaint, review our warranty terms and learn how Yachtbeach handles private, custom-made and commercial product claims.

Dear Customer

Here you can submit a complaint. This applies only to goods purchased directly from Yachtbeach. Products that were not purchased directly from us, for example through a dealer or partner, must be claimed through the respective contractual partner.

Please observe the guarantee and warranty conditions as well as the applicable deadlines when making a complaint.

In all other respects, our general trading conditions apply. Claims are handled through our central service tool on the POD International website.

Warranty Process

Despite the high quality standards of our products, occasionally a product may have a manufacturing defect.

To simplify the claim process and improve service quality, claims must be submitted through our service tool. This provides easier handling when filling out the claim and better traceability for both sides.

Once a warranty claim is submitted with the original invoice and pictures, our team will take care of the issue and evaluate a suitable solution.

Warranty for Private Use

For private use, Yachtbeach and JetXtender products are covered by a warranty period of 2 years.

Custom Yachtbeach products are covered by a warranty period of 1 year.

The date of purchase must be proven with the customer’s original invoice. The warranty expires if the customer modifies the delivered goods or assembles them improperly.

Warranty for Professional / Commercial Use

For professional or commercial use, Yachtbeach products are covered by a warranty period of 12 months.

EVA Premium Teak is excluded from the standard commercial warranty. For commercial use, a 3-month guarantee applies to EVA Premium Teak surfaces.

Improper storage violates the guarantee. Products should not be stored in direct sunlight when not in use. Products used in sea water must be washed with fresh water after each use to prevent premature material wear.

For commercial use, we reserve the right that small holes and D-rings may need to be glued by the user. If required, we provide the glue free of charge.

Out of Guarantee

The following cases are excluded from warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Handles, zippers, straps, D-rings and anchor rings
  • Other connecting parts
  • Damage due to improper handling, maintenance or storage
  • Damage caused by sharp objects
  • Damage caused by exceeding the recommended number of users
  • Damage caused by external force or violence
  • Cracks in the material caused by overinflation, identified by material tests during the complaint process
Important Claim Requirements

To process your warranty request quickly, please prepare the following information before submitting your claim:

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Product name and, if available, serial number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect clearly
  • Your full contact details

Please do not return any product without prior communication and confirmation from our support team.

Dealer or Partner Purchases

If you did not purchase the product directly from Yachtbeach, please contact your contractual partner, dealer or reseller. They are responsible for handling your complaint and warranty request.
