Terms & Conditions

General terms and conditions for orders, deliveries, payments, returns and warranty claims for Yachtbeach, a division of Point of Sports GmbH.

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by Point of Sports GmbH through Yachtbeach to consumers and customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Contracting Parties

The purchase agreement is concluded with Point of Sports GmbH, Kapellenweg 31, 83064 Raubling, Germany.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, the customer places a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded once the order has been accepted by order confirmation via email.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Point of Sports GmbH, Kapellenweg 31, 83064 Raubling, Germany, by a clear declaration via letter or email.

Please contact us before returning goods. Whenever possible, goods should be returned in their original packaging including all safety instructions, documents and accessories.

Returns

Returned goods must be sent back promptly and no later than fourteen days after the customer has informed us about the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the fourteen-day period expires.

The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Custom-made products or products clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Transport Damage & Incomplete Deliveries

Visible transport damage or incomplete deliveries should be reported to us as soon as possible after receipt of the goods via email or telephone.

Early notification helps us process transport claims and replacement solutions quickly.

Garantie

Yachtbeach stands for high-quality inflatable platforms, docks and luxury water products. In the event of a manufacturing defect, warranty claims are processed after submission of the original invoice and clear documentation of the issue.

Excluded from warranty are:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper handling, maintenance or storage
Damage caused by sharp objects or external influence
Damage caused by exceeding the recommended number of users or load limits
Unauthorized modifications or improper installation

Private use: 2 years warranty for Yachtbeach products.
Custom-made Yachtbeach products: 1 year warranty.
Commercial use: 12 months warranty. EVA Premium Teak may be subject to separate warranty terms.

Prices & Shipping

Product prices are shown including statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs may apply and are displayed during the order process or stated separately.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out using suitable transport service providers depending on the product size, destination and shipment type. Partial deliveries may be made when this supports faster processing.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or agreed individually. For advance payment, the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Point of Sports GmbH until full payment has been received.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers. The platform can be accessed here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
